GS RV Park in Reno

We are spending the weekend in Reno and going to a class reunion. Did have reservations at the Courtyard on South Virginia but figured we would use the 5th Wheel since the weather has improved.
It has been several years since we stayed here. Nothing fancy but has most everything one needs.
When we were heading into Reno Patti called about checking time, none. They said no problem, not many people there. Just pull in and park wherever we like... Pulled into the park and there are lots of units there so we pulled into a spot across from check in, go to the office and am told no not that spot. They said go over there and park in 212 but never gave us the map or directions.
Drive through the park and lots of permanents as there is lots of construction around the casino. Kids bikes, stuff in the driving lanes and kids running everywhere. End up at the far East end, no cable hookups which is probably why they didn't give us a guide.
Not really much of a problem with any of this so don't take this wrong but just seemed that the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. No disturbances and fair sites, just wow. The staff just seemed clueless, confused...
To end, a pretty fair stay. Will probably review this on their site later...

We stay at the GSR park a couple times a year. They have always been nice and we have had no issues. They always have showed the parking spot on a map. You must have been there on a bad day for them. Dog friendly, too.

Use a water pressure regulator, which they sell in the office for more than you might want to pay. Their water pressure is at 100psi.

They also give a senior or LEO discount, if you qualify.

The checkout time here is 11am so we stopped by at 11:07 to pick up our receipt and see about the Senior discount. The office is closed for lunch. Not the best time to close.
