Heat and AC issue

I have a 2013 keystone sprinter travel trailer. My ac/heat went out. The thermostat went out. I purchased a new one. Hooked it up and not getting power. I checked the fuse and replaced it. Still nothing. I don’t know what to do next.

Where did you get the replacement thermostat? RV thermostats operate on 12VDC, most house thermostats operate on 24VDC and like to operate on 12V.

I purchased the same thermostat that came with the camper.
