Possible Floor Delamination

We have a 2017 Outback 328RL. The floor to the left if the entry feels spongy. It is not immediately next to the slide but in a way. We have not headed any leaking. Has anyone had experienced the underlayment delainating?

Not delamination of floor but felt real spongy in several places. Insurance paid to open it up and it was perfect. Evidently the space between supports was too wide and just extreme flexing after six years. Was a real pain to take apart and put back together. A six thousand dollar pain to be precise and really a accomplished nothing but some piece of mind that nothing was really failing, just poor design on the keystone 2910bh .
