Outdoor Kitchen Problem

I have to admit my first weekend out was very good. Only 2 items of concern:
[*]small water leak - probably from the city water hookup
[*]outdoor kitchen door has the strut pulling out of the door panel

I am not too worried about the water issue since the city water fill is made of plastic, it looks like it just had some strain on it and caused the leak. I will need to brace this up and all should be good.

The problem I am concerned about is why the strut bracket is pulling out of the door alrady after only 3 days of use. It looks like this is screwed into a piece of fibre board.
Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to fix it? I assue the same concept is used on the Laredo 303TG or the Bullet Premier etc.

Oh, and yes we all had a blast in the trailer and did recieve alot of compliments. Seems to me that alot of people have not seen the outdoor kitchen fad that started last year....
