That is a US gallon We use to use imperial gallon in Canada which was 4.5 litres.
Now life is easier here in Canada just the metric system. Lol

Didn't even know there were different gallons, god it is stupid that we do not all use metric.....
It is like the non-metric (?) system tried to make sense for the smallest time (1oz water weighs 1oz) but that was it, everything else is out the window on making sense lol

My boys grew up using only the metric system. So when I throw out terms like it just a furlong away they just shake their heads lol

If they totally switch to metric I'll be lost, too old to learn a complete system again.
Talking meters, mms, litres, kms plus throw in "hydro" (which for non Canadians that's electricity) & forget it I'm lost.
I got a couple of FREE tape measures at Harbor Freight & both had inches & millimeters, drove me nuts that whichever way I ran it the mms were on the side I needed the measurement, threw both away & bought ones in ONLY inches.

Unless you're like me and still (at 54 yr old) can't use just one system.
KM for distance & speed, but Lbs for weight. Temp depends on if it's cold (use C) or hot (use F). And I've no idea on L/100km, but think in Imp MPG.
And Go Jets

Ditto here. I'm constantly converting everything. I'm 80 and DW is 73 but she is totally converted to the metric system. When I tell her how many MPGs we are getting she says what is that in L/100 kms.

Well after a bit of a wait my new TV is in. Went with a 2019 F350 SD Lariat 6.7 DRW. So pretty much no issues with my payload or pin weight now. My new numbers are.
GVWR - 6350 KG / 14000 lbs
Payload - 2408 KG / 5310 lbs
Max Tow 5th- 27.5 lbs (stuck to hitch weight)
Tires - Michelin LTX M/S2 245/75R17
Hitch - Ford (Reese)5th Wheel, 27,500 lbs
So I'm set for the next 10 plus years as my HW has told me lol.
