Furrion Back Up Camera

I have a 2019 Passport 199 MLWE and just purchased the Furrion S back up camera , Plug and Play they say but not so much. No power to the cable coming from the trailer. Anyone have any suggestions on where or what fuse this might be attached to?
The camera is working as i synchronized it to the display. Plugged in my 7pin trailer connector and all good with the running lights on the trailer but nothing to the camera . Not sure what else to do ?

Did you manually switch heads lights or parking lights to the truck on?

Question

And you do have your trailer batteries connected with the battery disconnect switch turned on? Some of the Keystone camera wiring goes through the Converter DC fuse box and has nothing to do with the truck wiring or pigtail.

Does your trailer have a battery shut off on one of the storage side compartments? If so could it be in the off position; recheck the Furrion plug & play connection; finally the fuse panel inside the trailer?-weird

Also that cigarette power outlet adapter from the Furrion to the truck could be faulty...can't remember if it has a fuse in it?-check that bad boy out.

Meza93 thanks for the info,
I couldn’t find a battery disconnect switch anywhere , I do get power from the battery to the trailer . I don’t know where it would connect into the fuse box other than the 3w fuse for the running lights on the trailer . The cigarette adapter in the truck is good , I was able to sync the camera through the car
One thing that I did notice is the model recommended on the trailer camera mount is the FOS48TA-BL however I got the FOS43TASF, I called Furrion today and they said that shouldn’t be an issue as its basically the same camera, one model comes with the housing and the other doesn’t . My only thought at this point is they never connected the Pre wire cable to anything.

I think its time to take it to a Keystone Dealership and have them check it out especially since you are using the rewired factory location and a Furrion....I think your right about it not being wired to power. Try running an experimental power wire from your trailer taillamp to the camera? At least power it up from the trailer, than you will know for sure...
Maybe first see if the Stealership will fix it under warranty since its suppose to be plug & play

‘UPDATE’ !!!! So I pulled off the light above the Furrion Pre Wire hookup ( for the camer ) and discovered that Keystone incorrectly wired the back up camera connector. It was a quick fix at that point . Thanks again meaz93 and John&Jenny for your help

On my trailer, the power is run from the center running light. If yours is the same, check to make sure your running light near the camera is on. If it is and you still have no power to the camera, pull that light and see if the connection is made or take the connection apart at the power plug to make sure it is wired right.

Sorry, all the posts did not load on my pc until after I posted. Glad you found it.

Check the wiring that is tied into the running light for power & ground. Mine was wired backwards on my 2019 269rlswe.

You would think it wouldn't be that hard to connect two wires with just a positive and negative, hell, they had a 50/50 chance even if they didn't use a voltmeter. Really, that's pretty sad and speaks volumes about the RV industry.

I had the same issue and they had the positive and negative reversed. I had to take off mounting bracket and pull wires out and reverse them.

My Furion is powered off the running lights and obviously they have to be on for the camera to work. You said your running lights are ok so I am at a loss as to how your trailer is wired.
