Drain all of your holding tanks as much as you can before you pump any RV antifreeze into the plumbing.
At each sink and the shower, run enough antifreeze to replace all the water in the drain traps plus a bit more to get into the gray tanks and to the dump valves. The antifreeze will protect and lube the dump valves.
For the black tank, run plenty of antifreeze through the toilet. The tiny valves in the toilet's flush mechanism are particularly susceptible to freeze damage by expanding water. This will also put enough antifreeze into the black tank to similarly care for the dump valve.
It is not necessary to get enough antifreeze into the tanks to cover the dump valves.
The piping between the dump valves and the drain hose connection should be dry so there is no need to get antifreeze into that section.
