Added Wall paper Border! Who has done this?

I would like to accent the walls a bit. Decorator I am not. But I would like to know if anyone has done either traditional wet and stick border or even self adhesive kind. I want to do this mostly through my slide out area.
Don't think I want to do a 360 inside job. I also am looking at the self stick counter back splash Ideas.
But If anyone has experience in the wall paper department I'm all ears.
Thanks.

Added fake tiles as a backsplash to ours.

I added the self-adhering vinyl backsplash around the bathroom sink that is the small mosiacs. It looks pretty decent.

What a coincidence... we just added the "Peel & Stick" to our kitchen area yesterday!

That is very, very similar to what we added. Slightly different pattern, but the same brand and such.

My only recommendation for your border idea is to try a small test area to make certain that the surface will accept the adhesive you are using. Many RV's use a vinyl wallcovering that may or may not react well with your particular adhesive and you would have quite a mess if it started peeling in a month or so.

ID:	14688Our old Passport came with a border on some areas and not others. I ordered more and finished the whole camper. It looked much better. When we bought our Impact 312, we thought the interior was very plain. I found an RV border on Ebay that we thought would look good with our dark wood cabinets. It was only $30 and I have enough to do it all over again if I need to. The border really dressed it up and made a big difference. I also put an adheasive Tile backsplash behind the stove for the wife in this one. Looks great.
