2012 Keystone Outback 298RE

Hello all...first time official RV guy. Pulling this dry 7500lb trailer with a 2012 Toyota Tundra 5.7L w tow package. Handled well on the way home. It's in super shape and doing major detail job on it at the moment and will be converting the dual rear-living slider space to dual office setup (graphic and web design).

Learning all about wi-fi and all the rest of it.

I'm semi-retired and getting the hell out of IL and it's high taxes and heading toward TN/KY area to look for country property...outside Nashville area. Thought the RV thing would be great way to do it and can meet good people and stay for weeks at a time if need be...and travel anywhere too.

It's adventure time.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new rig. Yes, RV ownership can be an "adventure" in many ways, some fun and some not so fun so hang on for the ride!! I think your moniker, "moneyslinger" might be apropos for an RV owner.

If you have to choose between Kentucky or Tennessee, keep in mind it is legal to scrape up and eat roadkill in Tennessee. Tennessee also has no state income tax where KY does. Welcome to the forum.
