Toilet and floor nose

Had to replace my teteford toilet waste ball on a new cougar highcountry 5th 299 rks got the parts (were far from the dealer) they sent the parts up, kinda a pain, only problem im having is the flush arm dosnt return back all the way the water runs , you have to lift the arm up with your foot to stop it, something to do with the spring? not sure,I plan on stopping back to the dealer on our way back, they want the old parts anyway, also I just started noticing the floor right threw the bedroom door is starting the squeak , hopefully they can fix that without a song and dance
Just thought i would bounce it off you guys/gals
Thx
Bob

Ref the foot valve not returning. Try loosening the anchor bolts 1/4 to 1/2 a turn and see if it stops binding.
Good luck.
