Converter issue

Just returned from 3 week trip. During our 2nd week, lights were flickering inside, noticeable clicking coming from the converter area of our SRX, under the stove. Long story short, the converter was not charging while connected to shore power, battery ended up going really low. I took the access cover off the fuze box and checked the two fuses on the converter, however they were fine. After charging the battery with an external charger ( to ensure slide/awning retraction) I started to check the ground cables that secure in the front compartment and the cable that secures to the hitch mount. End of the day, after moving these cables around and tightening the bolt that holds the ground in the front compartment, everything seems to be back to normal. Point is, if this happens to anyone else, CHECK YOUR GROUND CABLES!
