What sort of info are you looking for? Since the forum isn't owned or operated by Keystone or any employee your best bet for any specs and such would be the Keystone manufacturer web site.

You probably won't find too many people that have that model as it is a new floor plan for either this year or late last year.

Congrats on the new rig.

Curious about how you like your Impact after a couple of months with it? What are you towing it with? We are wanting to upgrade our camper and are looking at the Impact and the Carbon. Your thoughts appreciated.

That 312 is almost identical to my 2014 Fuzion 301. They are the same size outside, 36 foot but the 312 has the 12 foot garage where as my 301 has a 10 foot garage. Other than that the floorpan is the same. I got mine in late 2014 and was able to use it all last year. The trailer is nice and comfortable with a few modifications. I was very unhappy with the way it pulled behind my truck, it was a fish tailing mess to say the least. Some say that you have to carry a full load of water if there is nothing in the garage but it never seems to change anything with mine. Last fall I bought a new F350 Ford and was able to take the trailer out for a short test ride. I was very surprised at how much better the Ford handles that trailer. My old truck was a 2000 Dodge that was lifted so Im assuming that was a major issue with the way it handled where as the Ford is still bone stock. Im looking forward to this year with the new truck which should make all the difference in the world. If you are planning to load a heavy 2 wheeler in yours be careful because that door is a Lippert door and they are all real flimsy and have been creasing down the center, Im on number 3 door now.

Zappa, thanks for the comments! My wife and I pulled the trigger and plunked down a deposit to order a new 312. It should be here mid April. We have a lighter cruiser a Kaw 900 so hoping to avoid the problems with weight on the door. We also ordered with the patio package to get the heavier door. Hopefully that will prevent creasing too. If not...well it seems like Lippert likes replacing doors! Sorry to hear you have had to replace two. At the very least we will have a patio to sit on and the dogs will have a fenced area to be in.

There are very few Impacts on here and never thought about the similar Fuzion. Thanks again for taking the time to write.

I believe 2014 was the last year the Fuzion name was put on the 300 and the 301 or any other none 5th wheel trailer for that matter. Impact has been the name that Ive seen thus far for the later 301's. I did some upgrades to mine to make it almost perfect. They don't put a 12V outlet in anywhere so I put one in the floor of the closet in the master bedroom. There is also no striker on the stoves they install unless you specify that you want one. I put one on mine and it looks really good and works perfectly. I am in the process of putting the electric leveling system on as well. The scissor jacks that come on the coach are not enough to keep it secure and stable. I also made a nice coat hook mount for the garage that sports 8 coat hooks, there is never enough. When you load your bike try to load it on one side of the other. That will help to keep that crease out of the center. The door is made up of 2 sheets of OSB that are butted together down the center. All my doors were replaces under warranty but now that time is up so Im stuck with it. I load it from the right side and you can see the track dent that the bike leaves but there is no sign of failure from the outside so I guess its good to go. I hope you enjoy your new trailer. Let me know if I can answer any questions, there aren't many of us that own that style trailer.
