Question Fuzion 395 Battery Disconnect

Hi,
I recently purchased a 2013 Fuzion 395 I pushed the Battery Disconnect Rocker Switch to cut off the 12v. I can not get the Battery power back on. Ihave checked the Battery Voltage and it is 12.8v.
I am thinking it is the Solenoid? Please let me know where the
Battery Disconnect Solenoid is located.
Thanks,
Snuffy

i had same issue

I had the same issue with my 395, I found to turn the battery back on you need to be hooked up to electric by either the cord or with gen running. if you have found another way please let me know. Thanks

I recently had this problem on my 2013 fuzion 342. Mine was located behind the false carpeted wall in the main under storage compartment. Remove some screws and you will find it. Have someone turn it on and off while you are in the space if you don't know what it looks like. I replaced mine and solved the problem.

I finally got a response from a (Knowledgeable) Keystone Representative.
She said there was a Service Campaign # 13-192 for the incorrectly wired
Battery Disconnect solenoid. Your Authorized Service Center will repair at
no charge.
