Delamination

Hello
i have a 2018 keystone cougar.it is tan in color was just informed that the back is delaminating and paint is fading.
the shop that does my service that this was a problem with 2015-2019 keystones and that is why they went to white.
can anyone give me some info on this, weather youve experienced it or have
heard anything in regards to this.
And,of course with the 3 year structure warranty,im sure keystone is not going to do anything about it
thanks for any help in advance

The back of our 2017 also tan is Filon and what they call free floating I believe. If your back panel looks and feels different from the side panels, then yours is filon too. Filon doesn delaminate as far as I know.

Filon rear walls are glued to a Luan sheet, and yes they can delaminate.

I also have a 2018 Cougar...for some reason the back is designed to float that way. Mine is also tan but not fading yet...I do wash it once in awhile with a good quality wash n wax. Looks like we both panicked for nothing

My service guy where I bought it said its normal. Imo just another stupid thing Keystone did. Do a search here or on goggle it's normal...I don't think it's fixable without removing the whole back and gluing it back on. Feel above the window, it's probably floating.
