Cracked water line fittings... Can anyone help

My waterline fittings are cracked at the back of my diverter panel to my 2011 open range travel trailer. I think I found similar fittings on Amazon but I'm not sure exactly what I am looking at when I look at it from the back where it's leaking. It looks like the water is spraying out of the diverter fittings themselves. I am pretty sure I can replace the parts myself if I knew for sure what to buy. Can anyone helpe figure it out? The first picture is obviously the front of the diverter panel. The second picture is the backside of the panel.

Pretty sure this isn't a Keystone product, but this link to Amazon should have the valves you are looking for. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=rv+divert..._ts-doa-p_3_24

That all looks like 1/2 inch PEX connections. And those connections are also the same thing used on RV water pumps. Any RV dealership parts department will have these. Take your photo and show them what you want. The white hose with fish scale design (wire support) is the same stuff used for the plumbing under your bathroom sink in your house. It's all 1/2 inch threaded. Anything should work to replace. You can even use PVC as long as it's 1/2 inch.
