Hello! We are picking up our brand new 2017 Passport Elite 23RB in about 13 days. We are Texas based, but full time RV'ers. Have been traveling in our Southwind 36D MH since 2009. Decided to park it on a lot we own in south Texas and get something simpler, smaller and lighter to travel in for a while, maybe see a few spots not so user friendly to larger motorhomes. We looked at many brands and models before deciding on the 23RB. Really like the floorplan and think its perfect for two...and a cat. First time in travel trailer so will definitely have questions! Will try to post in appropriate areas.
For some strange reason, probably temporary insanity, we bought this trailer in Montana, purchased truck in Montana as well, trading in our MHTV. There's something in the water here. So now the challenge is to drive the motorhome (him) AND the TT back to Texas (her). Interesting laughter each time I call an RV park on the way back and say I need a space for the MH, and some parking for the TT we bought in Montana.
But when they finish laughing, they are very kind and providing us with the space we need!
