Water Leak Kitchen area 343RL

Hooked up this afternoon for overnight stay, on our way home. Water appeared dripping under the slide area of the kitchen and generally under the hot water heater. Water is heater is dry. Water ran the length of the kitchen. Where are the valves to the interior of the hot water heater and where do the water lines under the kitchen. There is no a problem with the kitchen sink lines on the island. How do I access the area behind the hot water heater?
