Welcome to the forum

It would make it a lot easier to help if we knew year, make and model of trailer.

Might be time to start using the pump. With no further details that is all I can offer.

Dripping from the outside connector can cause water to find its way inside.

If this is in regards to a travel trailer with the water connection next to the bed, look for the lift up access alongside the bed frame, usually carpeted, it should lift up and be hinged by the carpet. Look in there for your water leak, it could be many things, eyes on the leak solves the puzzle instead of guesses!

Smile city water leak

The problem turned out to be the connection to the city water. The trailer hose gasket was not sealing out the water. I used a small o ring added to the original gasket and that sealed the leak. Thanks for your help.
