Hey Local, I found my notes for igniter install from a RV>Net open road forum in 2010. it is no longer avail on search. If it is OK with the moderators I can try to scan info & post here.---Lou---
Should be fine. Post away. If it's not, we'll let one of the new mods deal with it for practice! [emoji1787]

Tx for the tips and taking the time to share.. hoping to do this so I do not have to get on my hands and knees to light the oven... to much of an opportunity for the wife to sweat my a**
Looking at the photo,s you put the ignitor by the gas inlet and not the burner.. any special reason. When I change them on my bbq that are set to ignite the burner,
Got it,, thanks a million guys,, wire had came off,,, 1 more question ,,, does this work to light pilot light also ?
Most ovens have a pilot light that must be lit manually. If you want the pilot to stay lit don't turn the oven off after use, turn it to the pilot position.
I have the same problem and would like to make this modification, but I can’t find an igniter with 4 output, 3 for the burner and 1 for the oven.
If anyone find one, please let us know.
If you go to Amazon and search for "Universal electronic ignition module" you will find several with four outputs, even saw one with five and one with six. Some of them require a battery so be sure you read the full description.

No, the pilot flame in the oven is "on your knees with a match" there's no igniter on the Atwood ovens. I understand that the new Furrion ovens do have an igniter, but I haven't worked on any, so that's "just heresay" .....
We had some trouble lighting our oven for the first time. I've generally found that YouTube saves the day....there's usually someone who has had the same problem and made a helpful video. Here's a link to a video on YouTube we found really helpful for lighting our oven. https://youtu.be/IDwd3enbbjc
For reference purposes, we have a 2018 Keystone Sprinter Campfire Fifth Wheel RV. We just returned from our first week and a half long trip. We are total newbies. I feel like we learned a LOT on our first trip. Can't wait to go again!

Hope this is helpful.
The link to YouTube does not work.

I know that this should be under “operator error” but, in an earlier RV, my wife thought that she had lit the oven with the ignitor and she then turned it up to let it get warm. A few minutes later she noticed that the oven was apparently not on and she once again turned the ignitor. Enough gas had seeped into the oven from the pilot to cause a small explosion that blew the oven door open - fortunately without hurting my wife. With that ever in mind, I actually prefer bending down to light the oven pilot manually - as required by my current RV - but the mirror mentioned in an earlier post, plus due dilligence, could also work for others. Airing out the oven, by opening the door for a moment or so before turning the ignitor, might also be a good idea.

I just want to install an oven igniter so that we don’t have to knell downs. No problem lightning it as it is.
Even if you install an igniter to light the pilot you are still going to have to bend down to see that the pilot is lit and you are going to have to continue to press in the knob until the thermocouple warms up enough to keep the pilot light burning. You still have to bend down to see that the pilot stays on, unless...you can rig up some kind of mirror to eliminate that bending down.

At Home Depot for $8, you can buy a "mechanical finger tool" that has a light in the end and will hold a match to light the pilot without having to reach inside the oven. You still need to bend over (or find a mirror) and you still need to push the oven control knob to keep gas flowing.
