Hello - Living Tiny - Travel Trailer Style

Hello from central Texas; I decided to "go tiny" via a 2018 Springdale 280BH travel trailer. I am not towing her around, she'll be parked on a private property with power and cleanout eventually. Oh, and I've never owned anything like this before. To accommodate the going tiny vision she is now minus the bunkroom and outdoor kitchenette area, which I demo'd to become a closet, and I will be getting some metro-style garment racks and shelving systems to fit. My particular model has a bonus walk in pantry at the entrance by the bunkroom area so lots of great additional storage on-board. I have also removed the dinette banquettes and adjustable table in favor of my own dining furniture. Also on the chopping block is the jack-knife sofa so I will be looking for a forum area here to post it for sale. The last major upgrade to happen will be upgrading the water heater - so I'll also will be looking for options and input/suggestions so I make the best decision for that. I know I have a lot to learn to live this way semi-successfully, and there are many things I want to research and explore like solar, so wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum

Congrats on your new to you purchase. Sounds like you well on your way to make it your own. Don’t forget to inspect the roof and all the seals. Water can ruin all the nice modifications you’ve made.
