I don't know the layout of the trailer so just shooting in the dark;

Obviously it has to be penetrating thru either a crack or a hole if it is getting inside the wall. How is it manifesting itself? Is it running down the wall, off the ceiling....?? If you've sealed the roof you need to look at penetrations made by the awning, even a pinhole crack and make sure it is thoroughly sealed. Windows, the same, all sides. Is there any kind of vent in the roof? Just guesses but it has to get thru somewhere. Hopefully someone will have more insight.

I have sealed everything on the roof where the Front Meets the roof running lights out door sidelight bathroom vents checked everything on top it's coming in just below the awning and but I don't see anything so I guess I'll try the awning brackets

I'll bet you have some sealing that has cracked or developed some kind of hole in the awning brackets. I believe we have had members that had that problem.

The wall is wet 8 inches above the night stand in front bed room but is dry above that there is nothing outside the wall where it leaks except for about 2 feet above that or the awning is.

Are you staying in it? Is there anything that would cause condensation?

Based on your description of where the wall is wet, is it possible that the top of the window is leaking, water is running down the aluminum window rim inside the wall and then onto a bulkhead to the spot where the wall is wet? I've seen that happen in a number of trailers.

Make sure to get it dried out- you do not want black mold! Also, check the rubber roof above. If the roof hasn't been cared for, it could have some issues. Be sure to check around the AC, vents, antenna for small holes in the rubber membrane. Check the caulking around your corners too. Hope this helps.

Also, if the roof has never been treated with a sealer, you might consider it.
