Alright, the latest edition of the newsletter showed up this morning
it was the same routine as last week but this time I hit the cancel button
that showed up like last week, see below.
Ok, this newsletter came with 3 choices and when I chose to unsubscribe from
this newsletter the next page asked me this;

So, I reckon we'll have to wait till whenever I get some sort of regular forum
type communique to see if I only eliminated the newsletter or all
communication except signing on or looking at the home page as a visitor.
