Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. Enjoy that new rig. Make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb when you pick it up. Do a search for PDI and you should find a good list.

I saw an Avalanche this weekend that lost its awning in a bad storm. The owner was bringing it in when a horrible downdraft hit it and ripped the awning out of the rail. The awning did not rip and the rail did not separate from the 5er. He was able to roll it up and tie it off but it did damage some of the hardware. Sure was a nice rig and even with the trouble he was having, he said he loved it.

Welcome and enjoy. We are taking delivery of a 2017 320RS this Friday. There will always be some type of warranty issue - so hopefully your dealer is not to far from where you live.

I have had good luck with Keystone products. Everest & Montana.

Good PDI check list: http://www.rvforum.net/miscfiles/PDC_AB.pdf

We own a 320RS and love it, the few items that needed looking at were done quickly. Good luck

You need to watch out for poor craftsmanship, and labels being wrong. My black and gray were not labeled correctly.

Hang towels with command towel bars

My wife hung the bars on the back of the bathroom doors. They work as expected.

Last year we were lucky enough to find a 2012 Avalanche 330 RE which had hardly been used. Had been in storage since 2014! We had a 2004 Montana and so we were sold on the Keystone products. Were actually looking at a Montana and couldn't make a deal. So glad, as we like this one more! It is a 39.6 ft, and we pull a RZR behind it with a 2500 2007 Dodge truck. Works well for us. And BTW--I share in the driving of said rig!

If you have the KeyTV System, you better make sure it works properly BEFORE you leave the dealer. I bought my Avalanche in April of this year and it still doesn’t work.

From the Keystone site: "According to Keystone Senior VP of Engineering, Mark Bullock, KeyTV is a huge step forward in RV entertainment technology. “Old-style RV TV systems are too complicated, too confusing and too difficult to trace or repair. Our goal in creating KeyTV was to make it as simple as the system in your home. Plug and play, so to speak. We have succeeded 100% in achieving this goal,” Bullock said."

I guess it's not as "Plug and play" as they thought it was

We bought a 390DS 6 months ago and have been full time ever since. No big issues, only some small things every RV goes through during the break in period. Mostly fixed them myself. Overall we have been happy and Keystone has been good on any warranty issues.

The OP posted that post in 2017 and hasn't been on the site since 2019. Not sure he will see your response.
