Chevy/GM 3500 SRW

Those of you that have a 2015-2018 diesel, CC, SB, 4x4, SRW Chevy or GM
3500, I was wondering what your yellow door jamb sticker says as far as combined pax and cargo capacity is. Might be moving to a different trailer and want to make sure the 3500 SRW has enough capacity to keep me legal.
Thank You.

Just remember that the payload is impacted by what is "in" the truck. Fuel, hitch, running boards, occupants, etc,. The weight of my truck with a full tank of fuel and the fifth wheel hitch installed and no occupants is about 7800 lbs. I am running close to the GVWR on my truck.

Bob, are you sure of the weight of your truck? 7800 seems awfully light for a long bed 3500 diesel.....that would give you almost another 4K to load in it.

Yes - checked the weight at a local transfer station it has a CAT scale for checking "trash" weight. We pay $100.00 per ton for waste.

Truck sticker:
GVWR 11,600. cargo 3917

My CAT scale weight- 2 passengers, full load of fuel and trailer loaded (fresh water 1/3 full, gray and black tanks empty and loaded with our camping stuff)

Steer axle - 4,900
Drive axle - 6,580
Trailer axle - 10,500
Gross weight - 21,980
I think our hitch weight is about 3000 lbs

Our trailer brocher info(all tanks empty. does not include extra battery or slide awnings).
Shipping Weight: 11,530 lbs
Carrying Capacity: 3,470 lbs
Hitch: 2275 lbs

Added weight to the truck:
Running boards, Fifth wheel hitch and hardware, air bags, soft bed liner, front class 3 hitch
