Furnace and a/c issue

Started in the summer turned on ac camper wouldn’t cool down! Realized heat was running also played with the thermostat could not turn it off so I pulled the furnace fuse. Busy summer lost track fast forward to this past weekend heat would not come on then I remembered the fuse. Heat works great but does not stop. It warmed up but it was so hot in the camper we went without the heat. Not sure where to start?? 2017 keystone passport 2400 bh

It almost sounds like a wiring issue. Did it ever work right? If it did then it might be the thermostat.
