Can you hear the compressor running? Turn the whole thing off for about 15 minutes to allow the system to reset itself. Then turn the A/C on, the fan should start right away and then the compressor should start about 15 seconds later. If it doesn't then there is a problem. Could be simple as the thermostat isn't turned down far enough, up to a loss of refrigerant in the system.

Try resetting the system and then post results.

Is the RV still under warranty? I know it's a hassle but you'll might have take to them.

I had to get my AC replaced on my 2014 327RES. Was in Florida at Christmas, yes it was 85 degree there and it wasn't cooling. I had a local service guy come out and he said their was no freon in the unit and he couldn't add any because the Dometic air conditioners were sealed units. It was in the shop 8 weeks at CW to finally get it replaced. 3 weeks for them to get to it, 2 weeks to get warranty approval, 2 weeks to order a replacement unit, and 1 week to install it. Good luck.

Sounds like it does need to go back. Sorry you have to go through all the hassle, but without them doing documented tests, it won't get fixed under warranty.

Ping back when you have the new AC installed. I'm curious what the turn around will be. My dealer always has a backlog. I bought an extended warranty with them but I'm hesitant to to take it in again for future work.

I have a 2015 Bullet with upgraded air to 15,000 BTU. It's one month out of MFG warranty. So no one stocks the 15 BTU. Same symptom as yours. You can hear compressor kick on but no cold. Local Dometic service center says they can get new upper unit in a few days so hopefully I can still start 2 week vacation a week later than planned. I also hope Dometic will cover since it's only one month out... We'll see

That's sorta ridiculous. I've replaced AC units before and if you've got the equipment to get the new AC on the roof and old one off the roof, it's a very very simple job...
