Domestic AC

I’m a new owner for a 2017 Montana High Country 380TH with a Dometic Air Conditioning System. The sales pamphlet said it is a Four Season Living Package with the front AC being a 16,500 BTU heat pump and with a second AC in the back.
Can’t find a Dometic heat pump on internet and the stack of manuals that came with the Fifth does not include any info for my Air conditioners.

Anyone have a similar set up? A source of manuals?

Do I need to remove top cover and find out what I really have?

Before I removed anything, I'd check with my dealer. Obviously they didn't do a very good pre-delivery walk thru

Hope this helps... My Alpine has the HP in the rear a/c, but the operating principal should be similar. You may have a different model, but they should give you an overview.

Dometic also has a web site.

https://www.dometic.com/en-us/us/pro...r-conditioners

Good Luck, and WELCOME!

Our alpine is the same as the last poster. Ours is on zone 1.

You can go thru the zones and hit mode on the zone to scroll thru until you get to HP. Then set the tempature up and it should come on and blow heat.
