There are several brands of converter/charger that have been used through the years. "Luxury" trailers in the early 2000's advertised 45 amp, 2 stage converter/chargers. Today's "mid-level" trailer has a 55 or 65 amp 3 stage converter/charger. "high end" models can have 85 or 95 amp 3 or 4 stage chargers with computer controlled charging "programs" for Lithium or AGM batteries as well as protective charging programs for lead acid batteries. What might (or might not) be in your 2008 model is questionable. As suggested above, open the door on your power center and it should have information on brand/model number. Use that information to google the information on that system.
If you have any questions, post them here and someone will help you interpret the information, but right now, without knowing what's in your trailer, any answers regarding charge levels, trickle charging, whether your system is safe to leave turned on, etc, would be purely speculation.
