Hank -
Looks really good! But did you grit your teeth as you cut the opening? I know I would!

I have been planing this for two years and had removed the mouse hole twice to check for wires and obstructions, so I was not too nervous. The rear wall is only two pieces of luan and some insulation so it was over before I had to release my breathe.

Nice set up Hank, where did you buy the locking cover plate? I keep pushing my plug in to far causing it to fall into the storage box inside & then I have to remove the mouse hole & reach in for the plug. Pain in the you know what!

Joe,
I bought it from a local dealer It was cheaper in the store then in their on-line catalog. I made an access panel from the inside so I did not have to remove the mouse hole to retrieve the plug but this much better. It came with labels for 30 amp and 50 amp.

Hi hankpage,
Do you have some pictures when the cable is inside? Is the new "mouse hole" closed?

You can just make out in the above pic that there is a little flap on the inside of the door. When the cable is stored, the flap swings around and fills the opening before the door is closed and locked.

I don't know why but that is the only one I didn't post.
