bunch of mods to my 2017 1750rd

I put on a gas tank cover, it needed modification to the back.
I don't know why they don't come with it from the factory ?.

I also put in gas gauge.

Changed over to led lights replaced all 12 inside with 921LED and outside door light to 1156LED.

Got them from Ebay 20 warm white bulbs for 14.99
http://www.ebay.com/itm/281993224335...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
2 warm white outside door for 5.98

Lights nice and white not as bright as factory but we don't light bright lights in trailer.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261635695600...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I noticed that with one ficture on 2 factory bulbs fan on converter goes on .
1 bulb it does not.

All 12 inside LED's and 1 outside LED's on the fan doesn't go on.
that means 13 LED's = 1 regular bulb

Also installed a 300 watt inverter built it into dummy panel next to fuse box.
Behind it was wheel well to mount it to.
was going to install a 12 volt outlet but realized I only use it for inverter so mounted that instead.

Why don't you get a 12 volt plug ?

Put in tv also had the swivel bracket and tv from old camper

Cut out under dinette and used a picture frame for access to cat litter box .
in other trailer I had it in the tub and left the bathroom door open.
this is much better .
I can clean it from access under dinette or from outside hatch.
I surrounded it with Omaha steaks cooler lids .Also insulates

Also installed a safe in wardrobe cabinet, had it from other camper .

What brand size and type of tv mount did you use. I have a 2017 1750RD and we want to mount a 24in to the wall but dont want a mount that sticks way out or to heavy when we go done the road. Does the mount you have easily detach from the tv for travel?

I used an inexpensive fixed mount from Best Buy for ours because a) I'm cheap and b) I wasn't sure what a swivel would do when the trailer was moving. I also picked up some different wall screws because the tips of the ones that came with it would have poked through the outer siding.
Insignia™ - Fixed TV Wall Mount
I had to mount it up higher than I wanted because you have to tighten down the final two screws from underneath. That also makes it difficult to remove if needed. I also had to pick up 90 degree coax and HDMI adapters because everything is tight up against the wall.

EDIT: We just leave ours mounted for travel and haven't had any issues so far.

I have a 19 inch tv with a inexpensive ebay mount bought it 10 years ago not sure what kind.
I was thinking of putting in a 24 w/dvd but heavier mount would be needed.
I also not sure if I would trust a heavier tv traveling.
The setup I have works great not worried on bumpy roads .
Added a slim dvd player double sided tape on counter up against wires $29.99Walmart

i'm amazed at all the wasted space in today's rvs . Nice work and it appears you will know what to do when something goes wrong after the warrenty is over.

All very nice. Thanks for sharing! Got sign off from DW on the laundry mod. Great idea and will work nicely under our Murphy/couch storage area.

Stabilizer Pads

Can you get close up of your stabilizer pads and post them here. They look awesome and I might be interested in something like this.

I use them only in driveway as its sloped.

I just cut 3 logs to size needed 2 for stabilizers 1 for tongue caped with some copper sheathing used for roofs attached some 1x plank to bottom as 1st ones I made rotted at bottom after several years, figured I can change out bottom if needed.
I also soaked the logs with used motor oil
Bought some handles at dollar store , that's it.

try to get some pics soon.
