Storage door

Got Cougar 32RLI should I caulk around frame I got highlighted leaking into storage compartment

My front basement has the issue at the top. The sealant they used just didn’t fill in the void there. On previous units I had to caulk the top ridge on the hinge. That is where the water was entering and ending up at the bottom.
