Awnings wont work

First day and the awning wont extend or retract. It started to rain and the wind picked up a bit so we retracted them. One of them is fully retracted and now wont extend. The other is out about 10%. Wont move in either direction. Where is the breaker box for these? Not sure what we did wrong and dont know how to fix them yet.

Awnings will be 12VDC. if the switches are on the monitor panel, you will need to remove the whole panel and look behind for an inline fuse. Most common is a 2 or 3 amp fuse. If you tried to operate both awnings at the same time, that may have been your issue.

We had a similar problem, found out that the motor in the head of the awning would run but the connection from the motor to the awning was stripped so even with a manual wrench I couldn't retract it. Finally got it retracted and zipped tied it to the trailer, had the whole assembly replaced and yes it was brand new. Solara is the brand name on our trailer. I hope I explained this okay.
