Hideout 176BH Slideout issues

Hello folks,

I have 2021, i think hideout 76BH, which comes with a slideout. The dinette extends out and retracts in with two schwintek motors as per the keystone support team.

They provided me a set of instructions to resolve my issue which is, the left motor will not operate, or something in the track is blocking it, or the controller is not operating the left motor.

I followed the insts to manually move it by disconnecting the motor's wires from the controller but that did not work. I also wanted to see how difficult this would be because I don't care for motorization as much as just being able to move the slideout without power. However, this did not work so I followed the instructions to manually override by the follow insts.

1. Locate the mode button on the controller.
2. Mash the button with my pinky 6 times quickly and then hold the 7th time for 5 seconds.
3. A red and green led flashed in the override mode.
4. Go to the regular button for the slide in/out and press that.

This instruction set worked for me and both the left and right side moved back, however the left side did lag behind the right. I could not visually tell until the right one stopped at the out position.

My question/concern is, how do I troubleshoot this issue without throwing parts at it? I don't see anything in the tracks that could cause the issue.

Why does override function work but manual function not work?

Let me know whoever has experience with these and can provide some insights.

Welcome to the forum

Your controller has trouble codes listed on the front. One color tells you which motor and the other lights tells you the issue. Try to operate the slide and when it acts up go to the controller and count the light blinks.
