Trailer Brakes

We are now 4 hours from home, camping for the weekend. At a gas stop, I checked all 4 trailer wheels for heat (quick bare hand on the rim.) One was noticeably warmer than the other three. Also noted some brake dust on that wheel only.

Do I have a problem? Should I be concerned? And is there anything I can do?

Thanks, Gang!
