Problems with slide out and awning not operating

Update: I discovered my ground to the new junction box was missing. Problem solved!

Guys - I just updating the wiring and relocated from the tongue to under the front belly. The crappy original circuit breakers were all rusty and the junction box had some questionable wiring with those twist connectors.
Anyhow got it all done and will show some pictures before and after to get an idea what I did.
BUT as I was going to test everything inside the trailer I discovered that the slide out and the awning are not working.
I checked and confirmed for 12v to the Converter.
I checked the fuses also in the pass through for the remote receiver. Three fuses there and all good.
Question is should I have 12v on the circuit breaker next to the remote receiver?
