After 6 years of full-timing around the US the original "leather" furniture was cracking... so we purchased a sofa sleeper & two chairs... delivered Saturday.

Finally dewinterized so we can take it out for the weekend. While doing that I found that my deadbolt lock was just spinning with the key and not working. Of course thinking a new one was in order but after disassembling it I found two screws loose. Tighten both down and all good now.

Last week I ordered a Siemens Q1515 breaker to add a circuit to my WFCO WF-8955PEC converter. Took maybe an hour to add the breaker and wire an outlet in the cabinet next to my slide.

Waiting for a couple items to finish my battery shut-off switch install.

After literally years of wanting to eliminate a second electric meter (and its associated base cost) from the house (the former owners ran a business out of one wing) we had the electricians take care of it; in the process they replaced the main panel and ran a 30A circuit for the trailer. No more extension cord! We can actually run the air conditioner if necessary while packing!

Emptied and shut off the dehumidifier, did a quick check of everything, and opened the roof vents and cracked open the windows to vent the heat (95F in April??).

All hitched up and ready to pull out tomorrow. Weather in the 80's this weekend and we're itching to get out in it.

Pulled TT our of storage, pressurized and checked for leaks. Cleaned roof and then installed switch for radio/DVD player so the annoying blue light can be turned off at night.

Then found that the video cable pin was broken in the radio/DVD player so took it apart to remove the pin. I will need to find a new video cable now.

WHOA !!!! I'm going to need to take today off after reading about all that work !!!!! We rode the Slingshot from Kirtland, NM to the 4 Corners Monument, then to Cortez, CO and took the back roads back to the trailer. There was a dust storm last night, rocked the trailer all night long, so we listened to the slide awnings flap much of the night.

After I rest from all your work, we're heading to Tuba City, AZ, then on to the Grand Canyon. It was 87F yesterday, a far cry from the snow predicted at home. Enjoy Rifle River SP. It's a great place to park for a few days !!!!

Updated the InCommand system with their latest versions. Not sure what they do/fix because they don't say but the Display Commander OS is now version V1.3.36 and the Display Commander App is now version v1.10.115. No new update for the BCM unless you have never updated to version v1.01.70.

How was the slide topper install? I really like the idea of adding one to my trailer.

It was easier putting on with RV on its side. This forum turned the pic for some reason.

It sure was a lot easier to do than what it looks like. With two people it takes one hr or less. I watched YouTube videos on how to do it because included instructions are vague at best. My main reason for putting one on is to keep water off slide roof and coming in past seals. If you do topper for your slide use butyl tape for best seal.
