Retracting mechanical slides on 22’ Cougar

New Cougar 22 RBS. Yeah!! I want to know what tools I need to manually retract the slides and where/if I should get a spare shear pin. Dealer said the manual crank is under a square screwed into the underbelly cover. However, when I remove that square there is not cut out. I don’t want to cut if I am not in need but....does anyone know what I need (socket size? Deep? Extension?)....and do you thing the square cover is in the right place so that if I do cut I’m in the right place? And finally (!) any experiences with shear pins shearing? See ya all on the rode!
