Awning Motor Died, with awning open

2015 Outback Terrain. Started putting the awning out and after about two feet it stopped. Checked the fuses and all okay. We can hear a click at the motor, which we assume is in the big tube, but no movement. We're up in the boonies in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Does anyone know how we can manually roll the awning up and secure it?

We were SUPPOSED to leave Monday, but with this issue going to Grand Marais, which is more 'out there' seems goofy.

It could have done this a week ago and given us some wiggle room, but NOOOO.

Any chance of finding a traveling repair man. Usually can find em. My brother in law once zip tied it together and drove home to ny from myrtle beach with no issues. Had it repaired at home

These instructions are from the manual for Lippert electric awning (LCI embossed on the power head):

Remove rubber plug from the power head assembly exposing the manual override not on the motor (the power head is always located on the right side of the awning as it is viewed from outside the coach).

Using a 7/16" socket and rachet, or nut driver and power drill, spin the manual override nut counterclockwise to retract the awning (Use caution when retracting manually as the use of a step stool or ladder may be required to completely retract the awning).

When awning is completely retracted, remove socket or drive device and replace rubber plug in power head assembly (The motor's internal drive system prevents the awning from moving (extend our retract) on its own. If the motor is damaged or disabled, be sure to secure the awning in the retracted position with straps before the override nut is released).

Finally found it, Dometic. Our trailer came with NO instruction manuals or info sheets. Keystone did what they could to get stuff to us, but nothing on the awning.

This is exactly what we had to do a couple years ago when we had a bad motor on our power awning. I'm not sure if LCI is the common power awning across the Keystone lineups, but I see them on most of the models at the dealer.
