The sit and sleep is the lower bink in this model where the backs tilt up into the sofa position. Full length, facing North and South.

Bunk beds

This is what I did. I saw no reason to fold up/down the bunk beds every time we went somewhere. The instructions say to always fold up when transporting. That is so they don't rip off the walls. I wasn't about to do that, so I built a brace between the beds. My RZR fits just fine underneath it when bring it in so no problem. And we don't need to make into chairs for eating, so just leave them attached. Not problem and they are a lot stronger then being apart. Raises and lowers just fine.
