Problem with domestic freezer icing up, dealer put washers in door to raise it up but icing up got worse. Did dollar test and seems to be not sealing properly. Rubber seal not very flexible and flattened. Help?

About your only options are to rely on the dealer's service center, find a different dealer to service your trailer or locate an independent RV repair service that is an authorized Dometic repair center and let them attempt repairs on your refrigerator.
