Welcome from Michigan!

from mid Michigan! This is a great forum. I am a new member myself and have been visiting the forums often. I'll be down in your neck of the woods in a couple weeks. Taking the family down to Milton, Florida for a funeral service as my wives grandfather passed away. At least we get to see some family that we haven't seen in years!

Enjoy your new rig!

thanks all!! this will also be a full time adventure. we are in the process of selling our home. we're gonna live in it for a while then take our time to find the right place in town to settle down. our business is open 4 days so fri, sat, sun we can hit the road and change our venue, but yall know that. everyone we talk to about our lifestyle change is jealous but too scared to do something so extreme. plus i never realized just how much stuff (think george carlin stuff routine) we had. threw away, sold, or gave away tons of never used, not really needed stuff.
looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends.

"Everyone we talk to about our lifestyle change is jealous but too scared to do something so extreme." We see people from both sides in most RV parks we visit. When Brenda and I and the dog are on the road travelling on the bike we talk to all kinds of people who can't imagine doing that type of thing. Our response mostly is to not wait around to do it later.
We are at least a little jealous of y'all in that I haven't quite had the guts to sell the old homestead. See you on the road!

Welcome to the forum from NE. I know you will enjoy the forum and the electronically connected friends you will make and probably never meet in person.
