Newbie Checking In
New to the forum but not new to Rving. We started out 20 years ago in a tent for a couple years, then moved to a pop-up for about 15 years as our two sons were growing up, (now their 20 & 24), then to a Coachman Catalina for only 1 year, and then to this Keystone Sprinter 252FWRLS last year. We are loving our Sprinter. BTW, yes it is half ton tow-able and the F-150 King Ranch handles her like a dream. Looking forward to reading and learning from other Keystone owners. Happy Camping.

Welcome to the forum from Radium Hot Springs BC.
Very nice looking outfit. Do you have air bags on the TV? Looks like a bit of squat on the rear end.

The squat is from the enormous amount of firewood in the back of the truck. We were on our way to the NASCAR race in Kansas City. Normally she rides pretty level.

Welcome from Virginia. Enjoy your new trailer.
Wood for the KC race. We drove out there about 5 years ago for it (1200 miles), just for something different. Took my firepit and stocked up on wood at our last stopover in Indiana I think. I think this was the October race back then. It was like 80* and windy, yes, it's always "breezy" in Kansas we were told, many times over, when I asked if they could turn it down a notch. Everybody was complaining how hot it was, I was fine. However camping in the middle of that bone dry field with winds blowing 30 ish mph constantly made me question the sanity of a fire. My fire pit never left the back of my truck and I gave away most of my wood to someone else that was less "sane" than me. They were gracious and offered several liquid refreshments in return. Watching the sparks blowing across that field all weekend I'm still surprised there were no incidents. Had a great time, besides the headache from the wind by the end of the weekend.
