Does a hay wagon count?

At age 6+/-, when I was too small to toss 50#ers... I could still steer! Of course, my feet didn't reach the peddles on that ol' Farmall, so my uncle would put her in gear, ease out the clutch and jump down... and I drove in big circles while he and my cousin loaded. LOL!

Boy, those were the days! It was 7th heaven... Lots more fun than a tricycle, or a peddle car!

Good Luck,

Good Luck,

It's a big deal to a young'un. Out helping doing "men's" or "grown up" work with them - they trusted you. A tricycle, bicycle or peddle car can't come close.

At 16,I took my drivers test 2 days before my family left for vacation. My dad had me pulling our popup behind the family station wagon a week later on the freeways of Toronto! I can still hear my mom voicing her displeasure!

I was driving Fire Trucks for about six years before we bought our first TT, didn't see a lot of difference! It was a 29' Wilderness, towed it with a Conversion Van, many happy miles in that setup!

Drove my first tractor when I was five years old. Living on a dairy farm presented plenty of opportunities for a youngster to get behind the wheel of something. Was driving a straight shift 2 ton dump truck on the farm when I was 12.

Have pulled plenty of 10’-16’ utility trailers on the road along with 16’-18’ boat trailers.

39 years old. Just recently purchased our first fifth wheel. 34’ and 9300 lbs. dry weight. Anxiously awaiting spring to get the new adventure started!
