New owner of a 2018 Cougar 279rkswe
Kids are older so it's time for a Mom and Pop trailer. We love this model. Just gave it a 4400km shake down. So far the only issue was drawer assembly. Thanks to this forum, we were aware of the poor craftsmanship and were prepared. Why Keystone chooses to use staples to secure parts of drawer mounts is beyond me?

Our truck had no issues pulling the rig.

Mods:
1) Shelves added to the bedroom slide and pantry
2) Changed to Fan-Tastic fans in bathroom and bedroom. Also purchased a window Fan-Tastic fan for the living room. I really like ventilation lol.
3) Two Maxxair vents

Future mods include moving the spare tire from the front hold to the rear.
