2020 Outback 340BH Water Heater Not Working

Hello,

I am looking to buy a 2020 Outback 340BH and the only issue is the current owner says the hot water heater stopped working. Said it will not turn on. He said there is power to the switch on the main panel and power going out of the switch also. He is thinking its the hot water heater circuit board or worse case the whole hot water heater.

Has anyone else ran into this and if so, what was the fix?

There is a variety of different water heaters. Make and model number of water heater would be a great help.

From what I found, its a Girard 42,000 BTU tankless water heater. That appears to be the one that comes in all 2020 Outback 340BH models.
