Don't see these big guys jump too often. They just saunter around town like they own the place.
I see your location is Nanaimo. We are coming over there for the month of Sept. staying at Living Forest RV park.
Finally got the money saved up for the ferry trip.

Thanks for identifying Danny. Had an Alberta plate so I guess there is still money to be made in the oil patch.

Living Forest is a nice place to stay. I hope you got a view spot.
Ferry fares are ridiculous. It's over $200 one way for my small TV and 20' TT but it does keep us from being a bedroom community of Vancouver.

Dowdy Lake, Red Feather Lakes, CO

The beaver was huge. He would swim across the lake every night to munch on some Aspen saplings, then swim back to his den.

What camera are you guys using that displays sideways. It looks like it doesn't do EXIF determination. You can open the images in Photoshop or Microsoft Photos, then save a copy before posting. Otherwise, try all 4 options/directions with your camera. When you find the direction that works natively, use that. Hope it isn't upside down . . .

Thanks for the info. Will pass this on to the DW as she is the one who takes the pictures with her phone.
