Easy Set Remote question

My new to me 2011 Montana has the Easy Set Remote Control system, I found my remote along with the rest of the camper info packet in the freezer.....after it had been on for a few days. The battery in the controller appears to be dead, my question is how do I get the controller apart to change it? The one screw at the bottom doesnt let the case be seperated.

No door and no charging port. When I remove the screw from the lanyard bracket on the bottom end I can pry the case open enough to se a AAA battery but not enough to change it. Something seems to be holding the case solidly together near the center of the case.

I wonder if there's a Phillips screw "dead center" under that instruction decal? Maybe an "inquiring fingernail" run across the back may locate the indentations of the screwhead ????

I will add though in my defense, I wasn't able to feel it, I just peeled the label off to find it.
