My wife Ann and I just purchased our first Keystone RV. It's a 2018 Hideout 299RLDS 5th wheel. It's roomy and we love it. This is our fifth RV as we have owned popups from Viking and Dutchman, a hybrid from Trail-Lite and a Wildcat 5th wheel from Forest River. We loved the Wildcat but we bought it new in 2005 and it was really showing it's age.

The Hideout is fantastic but does lack a few niceties we had in the Wildcat. Just the fact that the overhead cabinet doors in the Hideout closed on their own drove us nuts, I added lift pistons to every door in the place. Also installed a Fantasic Bathroom fan because the stock fan was a joke. Otherwise it's nice to be new again.
