You say you have been in other trailers. You don't say if they are the same and the problem is with ALL trailers in that floorplan or if they are sturdy and yours is not, so it is a problem with your specific trailer. My question would be: Is this an isolated problem with your trailer or one that affects every trailer of that floorplan that Keystone produced?

I'd also suggest that if the dealer "doesn't know what to do" they should contact the engineers at Keystone for guidance. You likely don't want someone who "doesn't know what to do" experimenting on your trailer !!!
