Hitch weight

For those who are fairly new to towing and may have questions on hitch weights, and loading/distribution of weight in a trailer, here's a link to a video that is a decent example of the affects of improper loading and weight.

Yes I know it's not a "real vehicle" but the same principal can apply to real life. Take it for what it's worth.
